Software complex «UNISYSTEM»

 

«UNISYSTEM» - professional software package for automation of service and operational accounting. The modularity of the software optimizes the use of software for the automation of catering, hospitality, sports and recreation complexes, and trade enterprises.

Modules of software:

Back-Office

It is used for conducting commercial, industrial and financial accounting and administration system. The system has a large list of statements, which helps to get information of various kinds, both operational and analytical.

Account of commodity
Conducting commodity accounting for an unlimited number of warehouses and with unlimited range. Support for multiple units of measure for each product, indicating a conversion rate that makes it convenient to design any trading document in any unit of measurement, and the system will know how to recalculate the price and quantity.

Account of commodity submits with following documents: Invoice, consignment note of internal movement, the act of forgiveness, an act of stocktaking. The system calculates the costs of inventory corrected for parties based on FIFO.

The system of performed / rejected documents makes it possible to form “routine» documents that have not yet reflected in accounting, and hold them as needed.
Registration of trade documents is possible, given the indications of various types of counterparties (organization, employees, customers).

The system supports the automatic conversion of incoming invoice prices for the recede (for example, if the supplier gives a discount). It is also possible to calculate the selling price of the goods by a particular individual algorithm margins for each product (% margin on a product group, individual% mark, rounding off, a sign”no margin”) with the possibility of editing the estimated selling prices and record sale prices in the price-list.

There is a possibility of forming an act rediscount with automatic show of result of
audit (the formation of the invoice of surplus and the formation of an act of forgiveness on the shortage).

The system monitors the rest of goods by unit (can’t cancel or move the goods "in the loss"). There is a possibility to disable this function.

In addition, a large list of reports will allows to track and analyze any situation in the commodity account.

Financial account

Financial account submitted to the system through the possibility of conducting operations on the cashier, the bank, plastic cards, bonuses and control debt.
Each operation is detailed items of income or expenses, which allows more detailed analysis of the financial situation.

Counterparty in the financial instruments can act as an employee and the organization or client. The system supports the binding of a client to an employee or customer to the organization that allows you to transmit the balance of settlements with the client to the organization or the employee, such as when multiple customers (client1, client2, client3) members of one organization, also for goods and services that have been implemented to these customers be payed by organization.

On the basis of financial and commodity instruments, the system automatically generates interconnect statement with one or all groups of counterparties (clients, staff, organization).

Production account

The system has the possibility of the process (calculation) cards that form the rules for disposal of raw materials and the formation of production costs. Nesting calculations is unlimited. In addition, the system provides the ability to generate cost card in any convenient unit of measurement of each product.

A reference of calculations contains the history of changes in all cost cards. You can also easily copy any calculation on the new date for its editing.
Production account fully displayed in the system of commodity accounting, which allows you to track a full cycle of movement of raw materials and products in the enterprise.

The system supports two options for calculating the consumption of raw materials for production:
- The dynamic production, the calculation of consumption of raw materials after the sale of products based on the calculation of maps.
- Manufacture on document, write-off of raw materials and the formation of finished products through the creation of production document and on the maps of calculation.


The movement of raw materials and manufactured goods is easy to analyze using the reporting system.

Reporting

The system has a large list of statements, which helps to get information of various kinds, both operational and analytical.

Administrating of the system

The system regulates access via username and password or through an access key (card with magnetic stripe). Each user in the system is tied to one or more groups of users, and groups of users are already under administration.
Access user groups configured in the context of workstations (eg, accountant need not go into the program on the stock).

In addition, the administrator can do "individual selection" of common menu system for specific user groups (menu). Access user groups are also configured for a specific menu. The system administrator may, for each section of the program also configure user access (by category) for viewing, adding, changing or deleting data.
The system administrator can also be from a single location to configure the workstations on which the program is installed. The system has a large list of statements, but despite this, the system administrator has the ability to create and edit any of the reports, which may be required in the process of working with the software.

Front-Office

In the program complex «UNISYSTEM» currently implemented the following modules: «UNISYSTEM» Restaurant - serves for quick ordering for waiters, customer identification data and the calculation of the client. This module is adapted to work with sensory terminals, and allows you to connect any necessary equipment (readers, programmable keyboards, printers, fiscal printers, scales, etc.).

«UNISYSTEM» Shop

- Is a workstation of a shop cashier. The system supports all the necessary operations at the cash desk, as in supermarkets and at trade over the counter.

«UNISYSTEM» Call-center

- the Module implemented so that the dispatcher can quickly take an order from a client, to print documents for preparing the order, monitor the cooking time and arrange delivery to the customer.

«UNISYSTEM» Mobile

- For the automation of work based on the PDA of summer open- air ground and mobile commerce. Automation using PDA allows you to increase the efficiency of service in catering establishments and trade. The system allows you to take an order, send it to the printer in the field of preparation and to calculate the client departing from the table.
