Custom Production

We offer a complete package of services for product development, procurement of components, and finished-product production. Unisystem has all the necessary materials, equipment, and tools. Particular attention is paid to product quality.

Prototyping. The rapid prototyping technologies we use can significantly reduce risk, cut down on the time and cost of preproduction, and improve the "design-preproduction-production" technological process chain.

Wiring. Production of electronic modules with axial and planar components (including SMD); manufacture of various types of cable connections for electronic devices; and wiring and assembly of printed circuit boards and modules.

Assembly. Creation of finished units and modules, mechanical fastening of harnesses, and installation of PCBs in housings and mounting racks.

Metalworking. Single-unit and small-batch production of parts of any level of complexity from the customer's drawings, sketches, and samples.
